Joel NANA KONTCHOU
Founder & President
Electromechanical engineer with a background in marketing and financial management from Columbia Business School in New York, USA and IMD Business School in Switzerland. Nana Kontchou has more than 30 years of experience in operations management, human resources and marketing. For 10 years he was Vice President at Schlumberger, and more recently he served a 5-year tenure as General Manager of Eneo Cameroon.

Franklin TCHANA KONTCHOU

Industrial Engineer with a CHEBAP specialization in concrete construction and framed building. A graduate of Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs in Lille, France and of the Centre des Hautes Études de la Construction in Paris, France, Tchana Kontchou has over 30 years of experience in the design and management of civil engineering projects. He has managed large public investment projects for 10 years in the Major Works Department of Cameroon and has provided technical services and project assistance to institutional and private investors.
Rostand NJIKI DOUNOU

Medical Doctor specialized in public health and graduate of the Centre Universitaire des Sciences et de la Santé (University Center for Science and Health) in Yaounde and the l'université Henri Poincarré de Nancy 1. Njiki Ndounou has extensive training in project management, leadership, communication. He is a technical specialist in reproductive health and has worked nearly 20 years at the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) as national and international staff.

Marketing specialist with a Master of Marketing-Commerce-Sales from the Institut Supérieur des Technologies Appliquées et de Gestion (ISTAG). He is an accomplished professional with more than 7 years of experience in the energy, distribution and consulting sectors. He is skilled in the organization and management of teams in order to achieve the objectives set. He has several certifications in personal and managerial development obtained at H&C Digital Learning and in Sustainable Development at the Institut de la Francophonie pour le développement durable - IFDD and Senghor University in Alexandria, Egypt.
