Sourcing
During the sourcing stage, we partner with various incubators to observe growing talent. We also host and attend startup events, competitions and policy-driven initiatives to identify the most viable ventures. Impact network referrals also play an important role in our sourcing process.

Selection
The selection stage includes pro-bono mentoring and advising for eligible companies. Mentorship and observation is sustained for 6-12 months prior to investment event. During this engagement period, we validate the cultural fit of the company and build trusted relationships with the leadership team.

Ongoing Engagement

During the engagement stage, we sustain our financial investment through strategic and technical guidance. We advise on how to build winning teams and share operational expertise to deliver quality and efficiency. Furthermore, we help start-ups connect with markets and raise additional rounds of investment.
